The office phones are turned over to the answering service during lunch (Noon to 1 PM) and from 5 PM to 8 AM, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Mondays and Thursdays we have evening hours and schedule patients till 7:30 PM. The phones will be turned over to the answering serivce on these two days after evening clinic. The office is closed on weekends. Patient calls during those hours will be promptly routed to the answering service. Dr. Sudha, Dr. Valenzuela or Neva Schwartz (CPNP) will be paged and they will call you back right away.
